    Congratulations to all of you who participated in FIT training! You survived the intense FIT Course summer training program. The workouts were challenging, but each day you consistently rose to the challenge. You should feel proud of your accomplishments and work-rate. We, as the coaching staff, were extremely impressed with the energy and enthusiasm you showed each day.

    We created this page to provide resources to help you play and feel your best. We are commited to getting you into the best shape possible and keeping you injury free. As you continue through the season, we hope to transform all of you into faster, stronger, and more functional athletes!
